Colophon: iti prāyaścittayapaddhati[r yājn̄ikavaryavādivṛṃdavaṃditapādayugalahariharasuta]dharmeśvarakṛtāsamāptimagāt // śrīrstū // kāśyāṃ nīlakaṃṭhasūnunā nārāyaṇena // lekhakapāṭhakayoḥ śivam astu // maṅgalam (f. 5v).
