- Printed cast lists for productions at Drury Lane, 1823 and Park Theatre, 1845.
- Forrest copy is a promptbook, with the role of Polonius marked.
- Forrest copy with a manuscript copy of the part of Polonius.
- Furness copy is the promptbook of Louis James dated 1882-83. The individual leaves have been disbound and mounted on the rectos of blank brown-paper leaves bound together. The text has been marked for performance with cuts and stage directions and the blank versos contain copious ms. notes.
