Subjects include, beehive models, description of the Piedmontese plough, crop rotation, flax sample list, flax spinning, French rye grass, Garten Stricklen, sowing peas, seeds from Holland, soil preparation for wheat, veterinary medicine, wheat from Tuscany, wheat fly, and wine making.
