- A colored image of the altar with the sculptures of two figures (one in red and blue and one in gold) behind the altar.
- The photograph has been mounted on paper with another photograph on the back. "15,014 P.Z." has been printed in gold on the photograph. "A.& M.P." is stamped in purple on the matte. "PH 124-167" and "74" are written in pencil on the matte. "I178.225a" is handwritten in ink on the matte and there is a handwritten (in ink) description: "The circular plate under the altar marks the spot. The rock can be felt below," "On the right side of the altar is a silver plate covering the rents in the rocks" and "Altar of our Lady of Dolors."
