- Description
- Collection of mantras drawn from different upaniṣads, such as the Great saying (Mahāvākya), tat tvam asi (you are that), from such works as the Chāndogya upaniṣad. Such mantras are employed to promote the perspective of Advaita Vedānta branch of Hindu philosophy and the work is attributed to the medieval philosopher Śaṅkarācārya.
