- 56 leaves foliated 1-25, 30-60, upper left and lower right verso.
- Colophon: iti pāṇinīyasūtre aṣṭamodhyāyaḥ // śake 1647 pauṣaśuddha 13 samāptaṃ // (f. 6or).
- Dated śaka 1647 (1725) (f. 60r).
- Mistakes blacked out; minor corrections and additions in margins; significant syllables, words, or phrases highlighted in red throughout; vertical margins marked with double black or red line. Some folios treated with yellow turmeric powder.
