- Seven notarial records of the sale of land near Siena, by Todescus Francisci de Fodio, Marcus Johannis Dominici and members of the Capolano family to Niccolo Piccolomini, and dated from 1469 to 1476. Notarized primarily by Francisco Andre̜ Ciogni. With several notarial signets (f. 2v, 3r, 6v, 8r).
